Refill Prescription Medication

Please note that in order to refill a prescription, we must have seen your pet for a wellness examination within the last year, and depending on the prescription, bloodwork may be periodically recommended or required before refilling.
We will contact you within 2 business days to let you know when the prescription will be filled and ready for pickup, or if we are unable to fill the prescription for any reason. If you need a prescription refilled immediately or today, please call during business hours and we will see what we can do to accommodate your needs. It does take time to fill prescriptions, so we appreciate your understanding!
If you would like to start a pet on a *new* medication or to change the dosing instructions for a medication they have been on previously, please call us to discuss with our medical team.

Pill Pockets are yummy treats that you can hide pills in to make medicating easier – available for dogs (chicken flavor) and cats (chicken or salmon flavor).

Order Pet Food

If you have not purchased a particular food through us before, please call us to ensure that we carry or can order the food you are looking for. Note that prescription diets can only be sold for pets with a valid prescription.

Orders for Hills Prescription Diet and Hills Science Diet foods can be placed anytime during the week up to Monday at 3pm, and typically arrives at the clinic mid-day on Wednesday. We will contact you to let you know when the order has been placed and when we anticipate its arrival, or if we have some already in stock that’s ready for pickup.
We strongly recommend ordering ahead and keeping some extra food on-hand so you do not run out if there is a shortage or delivery issue on a given week. Please also note if there is an upcoming holiday, orders may need to be placed sooner than Monday and/or may not be delivered until the following week.
Orders for Purina foods can be placed Monday through Friday, and typically arrive at the clinic 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Note that if there is an upcoming holiday, orders may need to be placed earlier than usual to ensure timely arrival. We will contact you to let you know that your order has been placed and when we expect it to arrive, or if we have some already in stock that’s ready for pickup.
Occasionally, a product may be out of stock due to shortages, so we strongly recommend ordering ahead and keeping some extra on-hand so you do not run out if there is a shortage or delivery issue.
Orders for Royal Canin foods are placed periodically; we will contact you to let you know when we expect the next shipment to arrive, or if we have some already in stock that’s ready for pickup.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you within 2 business days to let you know when your order will be filled and ready for pickup, or if we are unable to fill it for any reason. If you need a product immediately or today, please call during business hours and we will see what we can do to accommodate your needs. (It does take time to fill orders, so we appreciate your understanding!)
