We are proud to provide Concord and the surrounding New Hampshire communities of Bow, Hopkinton, Boscawen, Loudon, and more with boarding services for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and other small animals. We practice the highest standards of care and cleanliness for our guests. We know that it takes a great deal of trust to leave your pet with someone else, so it is our goal to provide your pet with the best quality of care while they are with us. We look after each and every pet as if they were our own, and do the best that we can to accommodate their individual needs.
Regular Boarding Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 am-6 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am-noon, and 4-5 pm
Sunday: 8-9 am, and 4-5 pm
**We do prefer boarding pets to arrive at least a few hours before closing on a given day, so we can get them settled in and comfortable before the evening. We ask that dogs being dropped off after 4pm be already fed for the evening.** See below for drop-off and pick-up protocols.
Modified procedure for Pick-Up and Drop-Off
For safety purposes, we have limited capacity in our waiting room to one party at a time, and are offering curbside service for drop-offs and pick-ups if preferred. To let us know that you have arrived, simply hold the waiting room door open for 3-5 seconds to summon assistance, or come right inside if the waiting room is empty.
Please be mindful that not all dogs or cats coming in or out of our waiting room are friendly towards strangers or other pets, or may become stressed out or react aggressively, so please be respectful and give them space, for everyone’s safety. Always ask before approaching someone else’s pet, especially with your own.
Paperwork For Boarding
Please note that all paperwork can be filled out prior to the boarding drop-off to speed up the drop-off process. The form for boarding can be downloaded as a PDF here. An updated copy of this form must be filled out for every boarding stay.
If you are bringing a dog in for boarding with plans to have them socialize while staying with us, please see this form as well. This form is kept on file for one year.

We are happy to offer health services or grooming if we can while your pet is staying with us. We are also happy to schedule tours of our facility Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings.
