We are proud to provide Concord and the surrounding New Hampshire communities of Bow, Hopkinton, Boscawen, Loudon, and more with boarding services for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and other small animals. We practice the highest standards of care and cleanliness for our guests. We know that it takes a great deal of trust to leave your pet with someone else, so it is our goal to provide your pet with the best quality of care while they are with us. We look after each and every pet as if they were our own, and do the best that we can to accommodate their individual needs.
Regular Boarding Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:30 am-6 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am-noon, and 4-5 pm
Sunday: 8-9 am, and 4-5 pm
**We do prefer boarding pets to arrive at least a few hours before closing on a given day, so we can get them settled in and comfortable before the evening. We ask that dogs being dropped off after 4pm be already fed for the evening.**
Modified Pick-Up and Drop-Off Schedule due to COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, we have closed our waiting room and are doing curbside drop-offs and pick-ups only. We like to be as flexible and convenient as possible, so in addition to our regular hours, we are offering quick drop-off and pick-up times on weekdays and Saturday mornings during which we will have someone available and waiting to come out and assist you as you arrive, as follows:
Quick Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times
As always, you are welcome to pick up and drop off anytime that we are open – these quick pick-up and drop-off times are designed to get you on your way quickly and without having to call in to announce your arrival and then waiting for staff to be freed up to assist you. You are welcome to come at other times when we are open, just know that you will need to call, and there will likely be a wait time before we are able to take your call and then to send someone out to assist you. As always, thank you for your patience as we all adjust to new challenges and attempt to return to normalcy in these unusual times.
Paperwork For Boarding
Please note that it is also recommended that all paperwork be filled out prior to the boarding drop-off, both in an effort to reduce exposure time and speed up the drop-off process. The form for boarding can be downloaded as a PDF here. An updated copy of this form must be filled out for every boarding stay.
If you are bringing a dog in for boarding with plans to have them socialize while staying with us, please see this form as well. This form is kept on file for one year.

Additional Services While Boarding
In addition to our boarding services, we are also a primary care veterinary hospital, and offer grooming services. We are happy to offer health services or grooming while your pet is staying with us. We do tend to book up ahead for some services, so it is best to schedule in advance to ensure availability while your pet is with us. We are also happy to schedule tours of our facility Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings.
