To all our Cilley family,
We will be implementing new policies and precautions in the way that we provide services to help lessen everyone’s exposure to COVID-19 and still meet the needs of our patients and clients.
For all veterinary appointments
We urge you to please be on time for your appointment and bring your cell phone. We request that you call us from the parking lot at 603-224-9549 to announce your arrival. (Please be patient while calling, as we are experiencing unusually high call volumes, and the lines may be tied up.) A technician will speak with you regarding your pet’s medical condition and will ask for your cell number. She/he will then come out wearing a mask and gloves and bring your pet in to the clinic for their examination or treatment. Please plan to stay in the parking lot. The doctor will call you after your pet’s examination, so please be available for their call.
This is aimed to reduce the amount of people gathering in the waiting room at any one time, and to help reduce exposure for everyone. Our lobby will continue to be closed at this time.
We may be in a position in the future where we may have to postpone or reschedule routine vaccine and wellness appointments. Things can change quickly given the current environment, and we will reach out and inform you if your appointments will be impacted by changes to availability.
Food or medication pickups
Please call ahead to order food or fill medications. Give us a call once you arrive to pick them up, and we will deliver to your car. Payment can be made over the telephone via credit card.
Boarding and Doggie Daycare services
Daycare and Boarding services are re-opened, with some changes to scheduling and drop-off procedures.
Doggie Daycare Reopened – New Hours
Daycare is now open Monday through Friday by appointment – click here to see updated daycare hours. Please refer to the daycare page of our website with updated information as we return to normalcy. Please note that we are now scheduling all daycare on a daily basis. Note that our waiting room is still closed; when you arrive, simply hold the waiting room door open for 3-5 seconds to summon assistance for you. Please wear a mask and sanitize your hands, for everyone’s safety and well-being.
Cat and Dog Boarding
Boarding services are reopened. Please note that we will not be accepting new clients for boarding at this time.
New Boarding Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures
Note that our waiting room is still closed for your and our safety; when you arrive, simply hold the waiting room door open for 3-5 seconds to summon assistance for you. Please wear a mask and sanitize your hands, for everyone’s safety and well-being.
Payment can be made for any service or product via telephone.
We are taking all of the appropriate and recommended precautions (including additional disinfection, hand sanitation, social distancing, increased use of social technology, etc) to help prevent the further spread of COVID-19 to vulnerable populations in our community.
As always, our goal is to keep EVERYONE safe, our 4 legged friends, as well as the 2 legged. If you have any questions regarding any of this, please don’t hesitate to call or shoot us an email. Email is generally our preferred method of contact at this time, as our phone lines are frequently tied up. Please note that we are trying our best to respond to all emails and phone messages – if you find that we have not responded within a business day or two, it may be a good idea to try calling or re-sending your message.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unique and challenging time!
